I recently moved into Pohlig, and I must say the apartments are wonderful. I have lived in New York City, Boston, and Richmond, and these are the best I've seen. The building is incredibly quiet, very well built, and the manager is extremely nice and helpful. I feel very lucky to be here, and anyone looking for a place in Richmond should keep an eye on this building to see if something opens up. It's obvious the owner and manager care for the building, because it is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Best of all, the units are inspired, with brick and wood beams. My apartment has beautiful vaulted ceilings with exposed wood. As far as I can tell, there are no negative aspects to this place! I would recommend Pohlig very strongly.
