I just left Richmond after living there for a about a year and a half, and I can honestly say leaving my apartment at the Pohlig Box Factory was one of the hardest parts. It was an almost perfect apartment -- warm yet rustic, clean yet not sterile, with all the little things that make you happy to come home in the evening. Top-notch kitchen & appliances. Beautiful to look at (both the apartments and the common areas). Above-and-beyond management in the form of the famous Holly who IS the PBF. Try to get something on the third floor with a loft ceiling. Layout is ingenius. I can't believe how much I was able to fit into a 600-sq-ft space, and still feel like I had 3 seperate rooms.
