we just relocated to a different city for work and have had pohlig box factory withdrawal ever since we left. we had a stunning apartment there: stained concrete floors, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. the building itself is an amazing space, gorgeously decorated with antiques and beautiful rugs. there was also the convenience of a grocery store and drug store literally right next door. and of course, you can't beat having a washer/dryer *in* your unit!!!!!! we definitely took advantage of all of the little perks of living there, including the gym and the all-hours coffee bar. above all else, the apartment manager holly does an amazing job. she lives on site and makes sure that everything is running properly. she is attentive, thoughtful, and accessible. she also does a great job making everyone feel at home from the moment they move in. we are going to miss it there!!!! the pohlig box factory really is a unique and beautiful place to live in the heart of downtown richmond. if my husband and i ever move back, we know exactly where we want to live!
