I am absolutely in love with my apartment! Every unit has a different layout, but I absolutely love mine. There are marble countertops, comes with a great stove, microwave, washer, dryer and huge windows. The hallways have oriental rugs and adorable antiques in the corners. The gym provides fresh, clean towels and there is always free candy in the lobby! Holly (the manager) answers her e-mails incredibly fast and honestly cares 100% about the residents, their experiences, and the building. I pay for parking in the garage which is a little expensive but worth it- it is very safe and convenient! As one reviewer said, we are still in the city, so it can get a little noisy outside but nothing compared to other cities or places I have lived in.

When my friends from out of town visit, I honestly enjoy showing them around my apartment and the building- and they have all been impressed and loved it too! Pohlig Box Factory and Holly have spoiled me! I know that when I have to move apartments or cities I will never find anything as nice anywhere close to this price range.
