I just moved out of the Pohlig Box Factory after 2 years and it was the best apartment I have rented. The staff is great. They live in the building and are great to deal with. I only had one maintenance request the entire time I lived there and it was fixed in a couple of hours. I didn't have to fill out any form, I just gave them a call and it was fixed. They really do a great job of taking care of the tenants and the building. The neighborhood is great. You can walk to the grocery store, CVS, restaurants, bars, and the river.
