I've been living at PBF since moving to Richmond last June. I looked at at least 10 different apartment buildings when I was first looked, and NOTHING COMPARED. Holly, the building manager, is one of the biggest perks to living at Pohlig. She is very resourceful, which was invaluable as I was first learning the city. She makes apartment living more personal. She has helped on many occasions by feeding pets, accepting and delivering packages to my apartment, keeping the apartments up to date on building maintenance and responding promptly to emails/phone calls about any other issues or questions.
This is a MUST see apartment building. Convenient to CVS, dry cleaner and Tobacco Row Market.
