I can't say enough good things about my experience at Pohlig. It's a wonderful building with amazing management. I did my Richmond apartment hunting from the other side of the country, and the building manager was great about communicating over email and giving me all the information I needed. My move-in was seamless, and the apartment was gorgeous. I loved the concrete floors, the completely updated kitchens, the in-unit washer/dryer, and, most of all, the HUGE closets! Having a gym (with towel service) in the building was a huge plus for me, as was knowing that management was on top of all my maintenance needs. I lived there for a year and was thankful every day that I was at Pohlig after hearing about other friends' experiences with their downtown rentals. I left a couple of months ago only for job-related reasons and I miss it already. You can't go wrong with Pohlig!
