I moved to apartment with excitement because when I looked around the apartment before I signed on the contract I thought this place was pretty decent.
To be honesty, I was somewhat upset about the services I am getting here. I feel like management is really bad. They simply do not care about the management and they are not fulfilling their responsibility. The reason is that
1) It took them so many weeks to fix their elevator.
2) The elevator certificate was renewed 8 months after it was expired.
3) It is so hard to get in touch with the manager because she is never at her office. She goes around 3 different offices. The office on broad street was always closed and she never returns back when the notes said she would.
4) The manager does not know anything about the apartment. I was informed there was a laundry facility in the buildling on the basement before I signed contract, but obviously the facility never existed. I asked my neighborhood about the facility, and she said "management here sucks they dont' know anything"
5) They haven't taken care of security numbers thinging that your guest put at the entrance to get in. I asked her to do it so many times and but she never did it.
6) it's been a couple months since I asked them to fix my oven. No one showed up.
7) there is a construction right next to the apartment. Every morning I wake up around 7: 30 a.m. because it is so noisy outside. I thought they would finish the construction soon but it's been like this since last year.
8) People never close the entrance doors and it is always open. There is no use to have a beeper to get in.
9) I cannot open the windows in my apartment because they just painted over it to completely close it on purpose.
The people in this apartment is extremely nice. I really did not have problems with anyone living in the apartment except people who lived in one floor below me who listened to the music out loud that I could hear in my room. The parking is pretty nice because it is right infront of the apartment. I never had problem with street parking either. There is a market where you could walk and get something to eat.
I will NEVER recommend this apartment to anyone. I regret that I lived here.
