Living in the west end can be VERY expensive. 650 for a one bedroom is kinda high, but much better that the 780 avereage youre going to pay else where. Quarter mill really isnt a bad apartment, but it has its flaws. When i moved in, they were in the process of renovating because they were bought out and the new owners wanted to make it look better. They put the vinyl siding on the outside. There also are new appliances and carpeting. I did have an issue w/my stove. One of the eyes didn't work. Also my dryer didn't work so they replaced the washer and dryer (which was not new). The painting was rushed. You can tell where holes were painted over. Not a bad job, but surly not professional. Had a problem with ants, but nothing a can of hot shot cant fix. Sprayed once and havent seen any since. The office staff is REALLY nice. Quick to help with problems. They treat you like a person, not just a tennant. As far as maintence, i really havent had any major problems where they became involved so..i guess thats a good thing. There is noise. You can here people closing the doors or cabinets. you can hear faint voices. Nothing extreme. Its weire having sex though because my girl screams so i know someone can hear. all in all a nice place. Nothing disgusting. Just the right size for a couple to move in. Never had a problem with parking and getting towed. People on here complain about it. MAKE SURE YOUR GUESTS HAVE A PASS. ITS THAT SIMPLE. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
