bad property manager

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived there for a year and most of my time was spent fighting with my neighbor about her noise level being too high. When I contacted the property manager I was given an attitude and yelled at and totally degrated for complaining on my neighbor and on top of that, everytime I would go to "henrico's sloppiest" they would just tell me I had to take it up with the office and the office would say call the cops. Finally my lease was up and I found a better job and a bigger apartment. Dispite this problem, I loved my apartment, the location and the price. If I didn't think I would have to deal with noise like that again, I would move back if I had to, however I'd be scared of how I would be treated again if I had a problem. I tried to speak with the owners on the situation and no one ever called me back. I also didn't like that the pool attentants were able to close the pool before they were supposed to so you couldn't utilize the time at the pool as promised. As for parking, I personally wasn't affected but it was a pain in the ass everytime I had a visitor. No one should ever be made to feel guilty for making a complaint to management!!!! Overall I think the apartments are great, but the property manager needs to take a lesson in customer service because if she were paid by that she'd make minimum wage.
