I have lived here for a year and a half. The price is great for the location. However noise is a major problem. I can hear the TV, doors and cabinets shutting of surrounding apartments. I can hear tenants "private time" with their significant other's. The parking is not so bad. But I do not have a lot of visitor's either. I have witnessed it being a nightmare for others though. The office staff is really nice overall.

The major complaint I have is the violation of privacy. Management and maintenance come into the apartments for various reasons almost every month. Sometimes more than once. They spray for insects and pests twice a year and make you remove everything out of your cabinet space. They set up times to come in to remove filters. I would always check the filter to see if it had been replaced and I find it hasn't. My filter was not replaced for well over a year, even though they would set up time to come in every 3 months. Also, they make you clean out your storage unit 3 or 4 times a year for various reasons. Over the last month they are doing a walkthrough of each apartment with managment and Department of Health for sanitation concerns, fire hazzards, and general upkeep assesment. On this notice that they left on the doors, they instructed that nothing can be in front of windows and doors. The space is rather small and you do not have a lot of choices to put things. So now they are telling me how I should arrange my furniture in my apartment. This is the last straw. I am month to month giving my 60 day notice.

Great place if you are a single parent who wants to be in a good location. Great schools. The price is great and manageable. After living here for about a year and a half, I am ready to move on.
