If you live at Quarter Mill and find that you have a problem with a neighbor that makes noise, running around, stomping, or banging. Don't think that the office will help you an anyway. I have talked to the staff, wrote letters and given them to the staff, and 2 or 3 times have called the police, and the management does NOTHING!!!! So if you live at Quarter Mill Apts. and find yourself with loud neighbors above you, theres nothing you can do about it. So if you want to make noise with no worries, this is the place to live.
