It wasn't so bad when we moved here a couple years ago. Had a couple of complaints but nothing serious. Since 2008 began though, it has gone completely downhill. Its as if the management don't even screen the occupants before they move in. Loud loud music everywhere. All day and all night you see cheap, broken down looking cars(yet with money poured into their audio system) play loud loud music in the parking lot or as they are driving by. They will usually sit outside and just play their music without a care in the world. Hardly any of the tenants have any respect for their neighbors. If you live on the first or second floor, make sure you get to know the person above you or else they just stomp their way around all night long and slam their patio door, shaking your entire apartment. Insulation, there is no insulation. You can hear the people around you as easily as you can here someone in the room next to you with the door closed. There really needs to be security around here to roam the parking lots and keep the area quiet. Other than that, parking is good. You don't really need to search for a space. Maintenance is good. I've only had a couple of problems with my apartment and it was fixed in a very timely manner. So all in all, the neighborhood itself is whats drives this apartment complex down. I have never lived in an apartment where people showed so much neglect for the people around them. Management could do a better job in weeding these potential tenants out, but their job is to fill up the apartments. I don't have much longer in here and I can't wait to move out.

I agree with everything this tenant has said. I have lived here for almost two years and I am counting the days until I move out. There is a bad element that has moved into the area recently and they have no respect for their neighbors. They drive really crappy cars with rims and stereo systems that cost more than their cars are worth. If you complain to the property management they will tell you to call the police. When you call the police they tell you to complain to the property management. There is only a handful of knuckleheads that cause this trouble. If you like loud music and crappy cars with loud exhausts this is the place for you.

people should not be judged by the cars they drive howeve...if they are playing loud music thats another situation. Obviously these people have passed a background and credit check,and income requirements. You may just not like living around black people.

I don't recall anyone saying that the noise makers were black. Rather racist assumption, wouldn't you say?
