Not too bad

The place overall isn't bad. However, for what the ask in rent for the full price I would not pay. We got a special so you pay for what you get, but original price is something like 1000 for a 2 bedroom. I don't think so. The other reviewer is correct about the windows. They are terrible. Water gets on the inside causing black mold to form, even with constant cleaning. This also causes your heating bill to be significantly larger during the winter months because of the terrible insulation. The staff is friendly. I'm not sure which staff person the other reviewer is referring to, but everyone we've dealt with has been great. Maintenance is ok, not great, but just so-so. It does take them awhile to get stuff done it seems like.

Some logistics don't make sense there. Who puts HVAC units directly outside a master bedroom window so you are up all hours of the night from them kicking on and off' In addition, one of the bedrooms has so many doors that are huge it's very difficult to arrange a room. It's hard to explain, but when you see it you'd understand.

The amenities are great. The pool, tanning bed, etc are really good. Juice bar is a nice touch although I'd like to see some more of the cookies available, they are great.

The apartment itself tries to be luxury, but falls short. It's almost as if the building crew was supposed to finish by a certain date, wasn't on target, and had to cut corners to get it done. The workmanship is really bad. The tops of the window sills where you don't look aren't painted, the molding along the floor isn't cut to actual length and isn't finished, the cabinets weren't aligned, etc. These are minor things, but if you're paying a luxury price of $1,000 a month, I would expect some attention to detail.

In summary, if you can get these places on special, say 800 for a 2 bedroom, it's not bad, but don't pay more than that or you are waisting you money. If you want luxury there are other places that are better.
