SUMMARY:
The management is the worst ... maintenance is the worst.

EXPLANATION:
lived here for 5 months ..
management is rude ...
we got a letter after 2 months after we vacated the apartment saying that we have to pay $1500 for the carpet, which we never even expected. When we left the apartment, the lady said you are absolutely fine and good to go. So when I called back the lady says the file has been moved to the fr'ing 'CORPORATE' office. when I call the corporate office they say that this is the file we got from the local office so we can't do anything. basically they sucked $1500.00 (my blood). but that was a good experience that I read reviews and find out about the apartment management b4 I move in.

I don't understand why you had to pay that amount of money. By law, the maintenance is obligated to change the carpet every time a new tenant is moving in. Those carpets don't cost anything to them "that is their job". $1500 of what? You should have argumented that, I think they did a rip-off on you. Sorry, but you never should have paid that money in the first place, I would have called a lawyer and sue them for fraud or call the county, "tenant association for rental places" and make a complaint or even take them to court (something because they have to learn to respect people).
