I have been here almost since the opening and will not renew my lease. I would have already moved out but I didn't want to rent again if I am planning to move I might as well buy. the apartments are nice and I really like my neighbors. There has been a lot of moving in and out but that is expected in an apartment community. The office is not open half the time. Some of them dress like they are on vaction, not as if they are at a high rent apartment community. Maintenance sucks!!! Luckly I have not needed them much. Office never calls you back if you need something.
Don't let your children go in the office they obviously do not like kids.
