I've lived here a year and am signing a new lease in August. It has been a pleasant experience. People that complain of construction should get over it. Eventually there will really nice shopping and dinner accomodations and I bet they'll love that. It would be nice to have a bigger workout facility, but other than that, the office has been nice, it's safe, clean and the neighbors are quiet, well most of them. It's in a great location and even if it's pricey, it's expected because of the area, but it's pretty new, spacious and comfortable. People complaining, at least you have a place to live.
