Reflections find ways to steal money

This apartment management is terrible in every which way possible.

1. They say they will give the referal fee and never end up giving that amount.

2. Even after you sign a copy saying that your leaving on the end date of the lease they still charge you because they say you have'nt filled out some form or another(ways to steal money)
