Living here is absolutely miserable. The construction across the street is so loud I get woken up every morning about 7. It is literally so loud you can hear it over the TV. I have never heard construction so loud! Half the stuff in the gym is always broken and it takes forever for anything to get fixed. The clubhouse in Phase 2 is always full of creepy -------- and their kids that they let run all over the place. The office changed the passcodes to the clubhouses and didn't tell anyone so everyone sits there and bangs on the door until someone lets them in. The maintanence staff is the best part about this place. They are very friendly and get everything done ASAP. Parking sucks because at night you have to park way down the sidewalk and walk to your building. All the indian people that live here walk around all the time and watch everything. They literally just walk around, all the time on the sidewalks, it's kind of odd. The mailboxes are way in the back of the complex so you have to drive or walk down there to get your mail. I really have not been impressed with this place. The apartments are spacious but are so noisy you can't enjoy them.

Could not agree more about your post. Especially the construction. It is miserable to wake up to every single day, and come home to. Had I known going into this that there would eventually be all this contruction, I would have greatly reconsidered. Also at 2am this morning, our fire alarm went off and we smelt something burning coming from the vents. We turned off the heat, which seemed to be causing the problem, and slept in the cold the remainder of the night. When we called to report it the next day they gave us the run-around, deaming it not important. I don't want to burn alive in my 3rd floor apt!!!

At least you should get motivated seeing indian people walk and move your fat american ass off the couch
