The management was the absolute worst. I would never suggest anyone move in to the community. The manager "----" of this apartment feels like the QUEEN. She will talk rudely. Because of her many people are stepping out. Higher (Corporate) management should think about her management here.
Maintenance is the worst....Except two people other maintenance people are unprofessional.
I lived here for 2 years bcz work location is close by.
management is rude ...I don't know what they are thinking about residents.
if we ask anything the simple answer we get from them is "no we can't". And they are unwilling to help. If we tell them any problems they will write on stick pads and that's it.. after some days if we revisit and ask them they will simply ask us "when did you told, we don't have it here in your file".. this shows how cunning they are. The simple thing they know is making fine's . They know only that. I would NOT recommend this complex to anyone! unless until management changes.
I hope that the corporate office will consider the reviews.....

I totally agree with u. The maintenance is horrible actually it was much better when their supervisor Pernell was here since he left (no actually I should say the management didn't let him stay) these guys came out of their shell as incapable of fixing anything.

Are you both crazy...I love the management, especially the Manager. She worked with us to make our move absoultely flawless and maintenance has been exceptional from anywhere we have lived in Richmond since the dy we moved in. Obviously someone is disgruntled about getting a fine...probably doing something you shouldn;t have been doing, huh?
