That's what the management is, they don't have a clue about the customer. During the last snow storm they never plowed, shoveled the sidewalks or put down ice melt just let the residents suffer. Lived her for two years and will be moving on. Everyone is allowed to live here now, especially if you work for capital one and are from a foreign country. You can't park near your house after 6pm since there are so many unrestrained visitors. The trash compactor is always full and over flowing, maintenance is no exsistent, run for your life.

Me too! I termitated the lease and moving out. The inconveniences and services do not worth the price... The only good thing is the area/location but the rest is awful...
