I understand that there are pet fees, but WOW theirs are outrageous! ! ! In my case I only had my dog who is in a crate or my lap only, for this week. He is all of 4 1/4 lbs. I still have to pay a $ 250 refundable fee and $ 300 non-refundable fee. All I can say is that they are bending people over and giving it to them. They were not rude, but I got tired of hearing that "it isn't fair to the other residents", as if I care, people have special circumstances and they should understand that. Heaven forbid any of them ever have a bunch of things hit them at once. Not so understanding, but what goes around comes around, Karma heppens. : ) This might be an indicator of why I will not be staying there, besides of the over priced units, did I mention the water bugs and the mice! I am getting a place in a better community. : )

atleast its a one time fee and you dont have to pay $30 a month just to have your dog here! i lived down the road for 1 year and they charged me a one time fee of $450 plus monthly pet rent!
