I have been there for the past few months - a lot of folks are short term residents and a lot of others are middle of the week residents weekends are quiter than weekdays - moving trucks are in and out a lot.
The units are acceptable - better on the upper floors than on the ground floor - there is a large pond with lots of frogs and mosquitos - both like to visit the ground floor folks.
Shopping is very good with nearby Short Pump Center. Traffic is heavy and worse on holidays.

I have been living at the Reflections of West Creek for a few months now and what I am finding out is the only thing that is good about this complex is the fact that it is close to the shopping centers. They obviously were built cheaply because the neighbors can hear each other walk, music, tv and bathroom plumbing everytime it flushes. We actually get a banging on the walls when the upstairs toilet is flushed. The neighbors whine about everything and the staff do not find out the facts they just go with it. There have been complaints about the neighbors kids playing around the complex; there were complaints because a neighbors dog was barking one saturday (guess what, dogs bark); there are complaints about people having their tv on late (so there is a curfew on when renters can play their television)because the walls are too then. My lease can not be up soon enough for me. If we try and move earlier, then there are extremely large fees.
