I have been living here for about 8 months and it has been the worst experience I have ever encountered in an apartment community. I have two children and the apartment complex is not at all family friendly. They don't allow the kids to play outside, people in the area without kids complain about the kids riding bikes and skateboards. Skateboards have been banned completely and if your child is caught riding one, they send you an eviction notice. There's a small play area for little ones but nothing for kids that are older than 8. The walls are paper thin and you can hear noise whenever someone is home. The people working in the office are rude. All of the workout equipment in the phase II building is broken and has been broken for quiet some time. I have talked to numerous parents who have kids and they are all very unhappy. They don't allow you to sublease your apartment if you want to move out early and the penalties are huge to get out of a lease. They are now trying to get folks to sign an addendum to change the terms of our contract since we been here which we are not going to do. I hope that you find this message useful and truly avoid this community if at all possible. I really don't want anyone else to deal with this stress. There's too many other choices to allow this type of behavior to go on.

Well I think what you said is all "Right", I have been here for two years but because I don't have where else to move. I also had several bad issues. However, if you don't mind saying what did you mean with "addendum to change the terms of the contract". Thad sounded really bad, I want to know just to be prepare when I am ready to leave. Thank you for your information, it's very helpful.
