When we first was accepted they gave us an apartment number that was empty. We started forwarding all our mail within a week of moving. When it was time to move in they told us the apartment was not ready, and they had to give us something else. This was their first mishap. When we moved in it was still a little chilly so we never check the A/C to see was it working properly until the summer time hit, and we did not have A/C. We called so many times, and we wrote letters. They came out put some freon in the A/C, and it worked for two hours. We called the Chesterfield building inspector on them for several building violations inside and outside the apartment. Some was remedied some still was not completed by time we moved out. They have dishwasher, but some do not work.
