Think why the rent is so low, you get what you pay for. When I moved in till now nothing but water problems, everything leaks. the ceiling in the living room this is a problem with mosts people that live here with leaking. there 30 year old air system that runs the bills up and leaks and breaks every year to just be replaced with a broke one from another apartment. mainenace are a joke. say that they are overwhelm with work, so get ready to live with your problem for about 3 months. but makes the time to shine a new piece of ---- for a new move in. if you plan on moving here you need to get renter insurance and a law book, so you can know your rights.
The neigborhood is like highland park. Be in the house early or you'll be rob. nail your windows. The pool is public to everyone for 5 miles. the lake, park, and tenis court is ran by drug dealer. don't have kids here, not the best place.

I agree with what you are saying. I have also been here for along time and when the nex company Miles Properties bought the property they came in and raised the water and trash. I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and I was paying 16.25 per month for water and trash Now I have to pay 69.00. I am getting out of here and I cant wait.
