The apartment community target residents that dont care about were they live. The apartments need to knock down and rebuild. There is a lot wrong with the apartment roof leaks, bugs,nasty cabinets, and for what you pay you can find a lot better.

I had a friend whose roof caved in the night they moved in. They were told to sleep downstairs, because they could not switch apartments. (The one next door was empty) Then the living room roof caved in on top of them. To this day no solution was offered. They did move out 2 days later.
