Ok granted maintenance is slow and the apartmrents are old but most people know that before they even move in. So if you want a "new" apartment than move to a newer community DUHH! The neiborhood has its problems but its the bad ass kids. If you know what your kids were doing the neighborhood wouldnt be so bad. Most of the problems here come from people who dont care about the way they live. I've lived here for a year and I havent had any issues that would cause me to move out. Overall I like where I live.

Do u work for the apartment complex? Because this will the only reason why, I think, you would have anything good to say about this place. OR:: you must love living in the gettho. Please dont give the wrong information cause people like you will cause another family headaches like I and so many people have everyday living here.

DONT LET THESE PEOPLE TALK LIKE TO YOU BECAUSE I LIVE THERE AND I DONT GET BOTHERED MAINTANENCE SUCKS YEAH THATS TRUE BUT OTHER THAN THAT ITS ALRIGHT I COULD MOVE AND HAVE THE MONEY TO BUT WHY ITS NOT THAT HORRIBLE AS EVERYONE ELSE LEADS ON
