I lived in these apts when they were the Park at Lakewood and let me tell you...it was bad then. The apartment was infested with ants and roaches...so much so that my son, who hadn't turned 2 yet, kept getting bit by the ants. I lived on the front so I didn't have a problem with the neighbors. I liked the older ones, as a matter of fact but the younger ones and the -------- were a hot mess.
