THESE APARTMENTS USED TO BE SUCH A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE IN THE DAY! HOWEVER, THESE ARE LIKE SECTION 8APTS NOW
ALL YOU READ ABOUT ABOUT LOUSY MAINTANCE IS VERY TRUE! IM ABOUT TO MOVIE OUT...THANK GOD! MY BATHTUB WAS CLOGGED IN ALSO LEAKED THRU THE CIELING AND I M STARTING TO SEE MILDEW FROM THE WATER DAMAGE IN THE CIELING! MY DISHWASHER WENT OUT AND SO DID MY KITCHEN CEILING LIGHT! LET ME TELL YOU THAT TOOK WORK TO GET FIXXED. THEN THE MAINTANCE GUY THAT FIXXED THE LIGHT LEFT SUCH A MESS IN THE KITCHEN. NO BOTHER TO CLEAN HIS MESS, EVEN DROP A SCREW IN THE SINK DISPOSAL. THEN THERE IS THE GHETTO TRASH WITH NO REGARD FOR OTHER PEOPLE RIGHT TO PEACE IN QUITE IN ENJOYMENT OF THEIR APARTMENT. LOUD MUSIC WITH WITH THE BASS WOOFER LIKE ONE IS OUT THERE PLAYING NOW EVERY WEEKEND. START AT 4 OR 5 IN THE EVE AND PLAY TILL 1 TO 3 AT NITE. TEENAGAERS AND LITTLE KIDS ARE OUT EVERYWHERE ALL HOURS OF THE NITE! REGENCY LAKE GHETTO APARTMENTS

I feel your pain... and I'm glad you're getting out... I will be too soon cause this place is a tradgedy just waiting to happen... I pray for all the residents who want to get out and can't right now for whatever reason....the office staff don't care about anything but collecting RENT MONEY what about residents' safety and peace and quiet in their homes???? I wish someone actually gave a damn but in due time THEY WILL......SADRENTER23234!!!!!!!

Those pics remind me of this one... shakes head sadlystupid jerks wouldn't fix our water now we got all mold damage and our health is literally rotting us to death. I swear if you hear of 3 deaths due to mold and poor health conditions don't worry, be happy, because we will finally be free from this place I once used to love, before it became the 'lake' of fire.
