Getting anything fixed is not happening unless you write to corporation not the lazy management at the complex. Apartment is falling apart. Shootings happening in the neighborhood, no police around. Stray dogs walking around. Dumpsters make neighorhood smell horrible. Don't let the good price fool you, not worth the hassle. Glad we are finally OUT OF HERE!!We spent more money making this place decent and it wasn't worth it. At least we saved for a better home. It is just a project that keep changing their name. Oh and the NEW management office is nice, but they don't fix the apartments!! Spray paint is on people walls they don't clean it. Below is the pics of the problems currently going on in our townhouse. Put in plenty of request, complaints, etc. It has been a year and no-one has come to even look at the problem. The walls are peeling and water runs from the ceiling (not from the upstairs bathroom either).

That is so true, the are the new "SLUM LORDS" of VA. The projects are better than they are.

They need to gut the place and start all over. The place is a gold mine, if they extract the trash (put them the hell out as soon a they are recognized as problem renters)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RENT TO DECENT PEOPLE...........(Simple as that).Enforce some rules! There are many out there that have fallen on hard times, and need a fresh start. Damn shame the property owners can't see the real value of the place. Stupid, stupid and more stupid.... Keep putting low life tenants in that destroy the apartments, which leads to halfway repairing the apartments over and over again. (What a waste of money)!!!!!! I'm not even a financial genius, such as the owners. Or are they??????????????????????? Damn Shame! Oh yeah, I don't even live there, just visited someone. Even in that short period of time I could recognize potential.... This place has destroyed the whole neighborhood!
