| 12/27/2012 | I have a totally different experience. I moved in this year and had some trouble with the old management company. But a new company took over around October (I think it's Dunmire or something). Since then, maintenance takes care of my issues the same day. I have also never had roaches here so I don't know about that. The office staff is very helpful, and I love love love my apartment. I guess it's what you make it.
