I've been living in Richfield Apts for 5 LONG YEARS and someone else review said exactly what I'm ready to say. It just gets WORST AND WORST every day, month and year. The only thing good about these apts is the SIZE, but what good is a huge apt if everything in it is either ready to brake, been broke or has been reparied so sloppy that whatever they fixed would have been better left broken. The maintence is so horrible that it will run you so crazy!!! They have change at lease 10 maintence crews and at lease 5 leasing crews in the 5 years I've been here and know what "THEY ALL SUCK". I have heard of neighbors complaining about roaches but I never seen a roach in my house, but they do have spiders and garden snakes, lizards and frogs that live outside. The spiders come inside though. The rent is very reasonable, but you are really getting what you are paying for due to the terrible maintence issues you will have here. Security is also very good. The apts are very lit up at night with hidden cameras everywhere and the henrico police is whom patrol all day everyday. That's another plus!!For some reason these apts have alot of mold issues under the carpets in certain apts, but luckly I haven't experienced that problem in my staying here. If Richfield can get their maintence together then these apts would'nt be so bad, but thay just keep hiring the worst maintence crews and the worst office managers to stay on top of everything. I can't wait to my lease is up in Decemeber I will be moving on. I think I gave Richfield more then enough time to get their issues together. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! p.s. I wouldn't reccomend a dog to move here right now, maybe later when their maintence is better. My apt was well kept by ME not THEM, but somethings you just can't do.
