Management is rude, unnattentive and arrogant. Repairs take a long time. They enter your apartment at will. Have waited over two months for them to repair large holes on the walls they made when an internal pipe broke. Of course, they did NOT clean the mess and I ended up with dry wall dust all over. After numerous calls, no one came to patch the over 2 square foot hole in the middle of my living room, and they did not send anyone to clean up. Nice apartments at first site, but everything breaks!

I had the same experience! After 5 attempts fix a kitchen drain that had been clogged with construction materials - they went into the walls. Of course I was used to the mess they leave, but the hole never got repaired properly. I decided it was easier to leave it as it was and keep them out of my apartment.
