We moved in fairly recently into the Cameron building. I honestly haven't had any problem with the management staff. I haven't had too much contact with them at this point though. My leasing agent was more then professional making sure that we had everything that we needed. I did have to call the management office to get some minor issues in the apartment resolved. They were taken care of right away and seemed nice enough. I guess I could understand if you didn't pay for parking while living here and then all of a sudden they started charging for parking, but $35.00 isn't much for parking in the city. We paid $200.00 per month when we lived in Chicago. I've never lived in a city that they didn't charge for parking. The one thing that I have noticed since moving in is that people do not pick up after their own pets, which I find very annoying. There is no reason that people can not take their pets outside to walk them. That is just laziness. If your pet uses the bathroom in the hallway, you should clean up after them. I felt sorry for the housekeeping lady the other day watching her pick up someone else's pet feces. That is just rediculous.

Management is great with small requests and acting like they care but wait until you actually need something from them. In fact good like actually finding anyone who can do something now. They let the property manager go and now the only people in the management office are glorified secretaries who are collecting messages for a regional manager who doesn't work on premises. I've tried to contact her but she doesn't return calls.
