I have lived at The River Lofts for two years. During this time I have had a pleasent experience. I enjoy the facilities, grounds, and overall splendor of the apartments.
In addition, I have always gotten along with the staff. I must wonder how those who posted complaints about the employees tend to treat these individuals. I have been witness to several disturbing incidents during which I overheard residents speaking rudely and condescendingly to the office and maintenance staff members. Even if they are working for you, they deserve respect. Try this tactic and I'm sure you will get your way in the future. Also, to the gentlemen who experienced water damage- my question to you- why would you have placed a Persian Rug in the bathroom if it was not waterproof'
To those in the search of a new apartment, I would highly recommend this place. For the most part, the neighbors are great and the atmosphere is very unique! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
