I agree with other tenants- you'll be treated extrememly well when you first visit the property. But once you sign your lease, the managment seems to go out of their way to be unhelpful and rude. Don't pay your rent late- they threaten to evict you on the first day it is late. They seem put-out when you need to pick up a package and annoyed when you ask for things like a ladder or hand-cart.

I have been terribly disappointed in other tenants- I never even see my neighbors. No one is outwardly friendly, and the atmosphere is relatively sterile.

I love the layout of my apt- it is the most unique and interesting place I've lived (8 different apartments in 4 years). But I would only recommend the River Lofts if you never ever plan to have anything to do with the managment office.
