While I was living there, the general manager always tried to be nice and accomodating. The office manager was not very friendly or approachable. The more experienced leasing consultant was pretty great while the other one was as incompetent as they come. She lost my written notice to move-out as well as several other requests that I made (i.e. promising to drop off a hammer, filling out a broken toilet work order).
One of the members of the maintanence crew seemed a little sketchy. This particular individual could always be seen leering at the women. The tenants tend to be snotty (especially the young ones-- I am young and even I saw this). The loft that I was in(Conslidated Building) had incredibly thin walls so I could hear my neighbor's cell phone conversations. It took a while for management to fix that problem. They had to come in and re-culk the wall since it was not done properly in the first place.
I loved having the gym but wished that the weight area was bigger since 4 people working at at the same time would be make it "packed".
Overall, I would say that the staff is pretty accomodating. However, my friend, who is still living there, has told me that the parking situation has gotten extremely diffiuclt. We once had free parking in the empty lot but now they charge for it so the residents are forced to fight for spots on the street.
