I lived at the River Lofts for two years before I moved to northern virginia and I really miss it. The apartments and the neighborhood were so unique and had so much character. Not like the cookie cutter apartment complex I'm living in now in the suburbs of DC for twice the price and half the space!! The management staff were always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the parking... the free lot was nice but the paid lots were a bit overpriced because most of the time they were sitting empty while all of the free spots were taken. However, looking back, compared to where I'm at now, the parking there was great!
