This is a beautiful building run by staff that feels they are superior to their residents. They do a great sales job but then do not hold to their word after the paperwork is signed. The security personell is a nice feature until you interact with them and they treat you more like a vagrant than a resident. The cleaning of common areas also leaves something to be desired. The lamps in the lobby always have bug droppings on them, the pool has a thick film around it's border and the trash shute makes the whole hallway smell like a sewer.

Wow, I don't know what building you are living in but it isn't the River Lofts that I live in. Every morning I lay out the maintenance guy is out there cleaning the pool. Sometimes the trash areas do smell bad but that is usually b/c my fellow neighbors aren't putting their trash down the chute.
