The apartments in this complex are beautiful and it's a great place to live. However, I couldn't recommend this complex to anyone due to the appalling management. They simply cannot be trusted to be honest with you about anything concerning your money. They will levy charges without recourse for renters and the management will give you misinformation which can result in huge charges. As with any landlord, the lease is heavily weighted in their favor - but this management company is ruthless in attempting to extract as much money as possible from their tenants. The former management was much-loved by the tenants, but this company took over in April 2007 and tenants have been leaving ever since. Think very carefully before signing a lease with these people. Believe me when I tell you, it will cost you.
