After moving out over three months ago, I can't get my security deposit back! I have left messages, visited the office (it was closed) and have sent two letters. No response. I literally jumped for joy the day I closed my apartment door for the last time, I hated this place so much. Richmond's apartment vacancy rate is the highest in the nation. If you wish to be happy, and get what you pay for, go someplace else! I promise, you will be happier! The negative reviews you read are true. Personally, I never had a positive experince being there. The fire alarms going off constantly for no reason One thing everyone agrees about is the management...rude and unresponsive is completely accurate.

I FEEL THE SAME WAY:.............I just recently moved out of a 2 bed room apartment. upon moving into the apartment parking was free 2 months later we received a notice under the door stating it would be a $45 parking fee to park in the unsafe poorly lit parking lot! months down the road we started seeing these big bugs management called them palomino bugs aka cockroaches! we were told that an exterminator would be out to spray they did but it was the same can of spray we had under our sank. to make a long story short we just recently moved in a house and to our surprise cockroach eggs were found in our tool box along with poop droppings! but these bugs do not produce right! per this wonderful management. one thing they did do was renovate the building however the dog smell never went away!
