I LIVED THERE FOR PART OF A YEAR, HAD TO BREAK MY LEASE.
THE NOISE LEVEL IS INCREADABLE, POEPLE SMOKING WEED IN THE HALLWAYS AND IN THE PARKING LOT. YOU'LL ALWAYS FIND SOME EMPTY BEER BOTTLES AT THE DOOR STEPS. THE MANAGEMNT COULD NOT CARE LESS, DESPITE REPEATED NOTIFICATIONS
GENERALLY, NOT SAFE AND VERY NOISY.
