Please stay away from anything owned and operated by Main Street Realty. Don't be fooled by the one check pays all. I lived in one of their properties and they change management every six months... Each time a new manager came in they would beautify the office with a new paint color and do absolutely nothing to building. You can find anything in the hallways ranging from blood to dog mess!!! Parking is a nightmare, the covered parking that they advertise...oh yeah it is covered even to the residents because for a least a month there was no lighting. And please don't mention noise you can hear everything that goes on in the hallways and in other apartments...And if you like a good nights rest don't be surprised if some idiot pulls the fire alarm and have you standing outside in the middle of the night with the fire department. And the latest management staff they have hired at this property is a total mess, the property manager uses most of his time blocking the entrance smoking with other residents that have nothing else to do with their time.

I am not sure if you are still a current resident of Rocketts View, but in August of 2009 I took over the management of Rocketts View and we have made many changes to the building and grounds. We have cleaned up the landscape and are working on making renovations to the hallways and lobby area at the building. I have also added internet to be included with the rent. I hope if you are still a resident that you are able to change your feelings on the community with the positive changes which we are bringing to the property.
