I read the other review, and it is 100% accurate. The staff was horrible. The buildings were falling apart, and they hired incompetant people to try and fix things. I moved out because of water damages, among other things, and they had the nerve to sue me over damages, and the last month of unpaid rent. Stay away. You have been warned. If you're moving to richmond, go to the west end. Much friendlier people.
