Rollingwood apts are not the value that is stated by management. They are very very slow in taking care of maintenance needs, and even then most times are half done.not concerned about the leasee's welfare as to safety, or the appearence of the property only in the office area is kept neat.Apts not properly cleaned or repaired prior to renting,quick fixes to move people in.
STAY AWAY !!!!
