Rollingwood Apartments

Poor Maintenance From: patb1@Yahoo.com Date posted: 2/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I would advise anyone looking at these apartments to make sure you look at the back of the complex. Those buildings are pooly kept and the staiwells are never cleaned. They have been telling us for 3 years someomeone was going to clean them and they have yet to do so.When it snows they may give you a path to the stairs but the manager said they hoped the residents would clear the snow. WHo lives in an apartment with a shovel. They are very poorly managed. This will be the last year here. They have a swing set that's been there over 20 years and broken down.
