i live here now, we moved here in early 2005 at first i have to say that it was exactly the way the other tenants said we put in a maintance request and they never came to fix the problem but i also have to say they now have a new property manager and shes the bomb and shes already making progress with it here and shes only been here about 2 months or so since she came they have been power washing the buildings,making sure the trash is'nt overflowing for the most part, they've repaird the pool, and we had a maintance issue not to long ago so we called and they came about 1/2 hour later to fix the problem so i see progress and also about the maintance issue before this new lady i had only saw 1 maintance man in 3 months now i see three or four everyday and i see her keeping them on thier toes because she goes over there to the maintaince shop too.so if they keep this new lady i think they will end up being pretty nice apartments overall and they are getting ready to paint so we'll see. Hope things are good for you if you decide to move here! it's looking up!
