I would like to say that moving into this apartment was the biggest mistake that I've ever made in my life, but what doesn't kill you will make you stronger.

There are a few things to consider:

1. Your apartment won't look ANYTHING like the model. The model is a one-bedroom in front of the main office where they make sure is always clean for possible tenants to see. The real deal is totally different. The hallways to the apartments were filthy as were the people who lived around me. At any given time, there were chicken bones and trash in the hallways, and I saw dog feces once. The inside of the apartment I had wasn't bad, except for the cheap carpet that got all over your clothes even after the 50th vacuuming, which eventually clogged up my vacuum. The outside of the apartment was horrible and I wouldn't bring anyone over to visit.

2. Maintenance and staff are horrible. Every maintenance requests I put in was unanswered. These are requests that I placed with the office by phone, e-mail, and in person that would go unanswered for several months. When I'd go in to the office, there'd be a whole new staff. They'd say "Oh, so and so left a few weeks ago and I guess she threw the requests away." The maintenance "boys" did merely nothing, but walk around with rakes all of the town. I was told that they would come week after week, month after month. From there appearance, I didn't know if I wanted them around my personal things or not.

Basically, don't waste your money here. There are other apartments about five minutes away that are much nicer to live in and should give you better service. You should feel safe and proud to live in a community. Believe me, Rollingwood isn't cutting it. Stay away!!!

I live there now and agree 100%!! I can't wait to move out!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! It is a total nightmare!!
