rollingwood apts are the most disgusting place i have ever lived in. from day one i had a roach problem that was never addressed. management sucks, they are rude and unprofesional. the hallways were always nasty and never cleaned. every time you have a maintenance issue it is never solved they give you the run around then when you file a complaint with the head office thats when they are ready to fix the problem. every complaint goes unsolved.i would not advise anyone to move here
